The CareVoyant training process is designed to make sure that your end users are trained based on the process developed for your organization. Initial product training will be targeted based on the job function of the end user and the process developed for the job function. Continuing education training will enable you to keep up with the new technology, features and regulatory requirements.
CareVoyant also provides technical training on installation and configuration of CareVoyant, development of reports using reporting services and configuration of dashboard cubes using Excel and analysis services. Technical training is designed to help your IT and support staff to get the best out of CareVoyant. Training can be provided at your location or in a class room setting at our facilities in Schaumburg, Illinois.
At our annual User Group Conference, we provide regular updates on the status of CareVoyant solutions and services and also offer both technical and-end user training opportunities in conjunction with the conference.
Our Annual Support Agreement provides unlimited telephone, e-mail or online support in addition to software upgrades. The mission of the CareVoyant support team is the reliability of your system and the continuous improvement of the way your staff uses CareVoyant to perform key functions on a day to day basis. An additional goal of the team is the transfer of best practices — the techniques and processes you need to fully realize the benefit of your solution.

Periodic software updates are provided for clients through our Annual Support Agreement. Software updates incorporate maintenance releases, new technology, new features, major enhancements requested by our client base and compliance and/or regulatory changes required for billing, reimbursement and clinical documentation. CareVoyant clients with current Support Agreements automatically receive periodic product updates.
