17th CareVoyant User Group Conference 2022

CareVoyant will hold the 17th User Group Conference at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Schaumburg, IL, for three days starting September 20, 2022. 

Who Should Attend

The CareVoyant User Group Conference offers sessions of a wide variety of topics, and are designed to help you get the most of CareVoyant. The sessions will provide valuable ideas and resources. we recommend the following staff should attend:

• Power Users (Application Specialists)

• Clinical Staff

• Billing Staff

• IT Staff

• Administrative / Management

The CareVoyant 17th User Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Schaumburg, IL for three days starting September 21, 2022. 

After navigating through COVID-19 challenges, we believe things are back to normal or as normal as it is going to be. Our plan is to have our 17th User Conference in person as we did before COVID. We look forward to seeing you all in Schaumburg this year.

In addition to keeping up with regulatory changes, we have continued to make progress in product enhancements and incorporating your feedback. During the user conference, we will share with you the enhancements we have completed so far, our plans for intake functions in the browser, and our product roadmap going forward.    

While seeing you in person is our preference, we understand that coming to Schaumburg may not be possible for some of you.  With that in mind, we are planning to offer a few selected sessions virtually to benefit people who are not able to travel.

To celebrate getting back together, a theme party will be held on Thursday night. Suggestions for a new theme may be given by filling out the pre-conference survey here.
