Claims Processing functions are in the Web! This change from back office to the Web streamlines claim processing functions, improves the user interface, and improves processing speed by 4 – 8 times. Claims history, ERA, and Claim Collection functions have been integrated to effectively manage denials and improve collections. This session dives into how revamped claims management functions improve your revenue cycle management and cash flow.

At CareVoyant we continue to improve CareVoyant Clinical Functions. This session will showcase some of the latest enhancements to Clinical functions in CareVoyant. Day 2 — Wednesday, September 17
Facility Security
Current location/facility security functions have been moved to the web. Facility security will allow you to limit user access to patients by facilities. With facility security, a user can view and edit information (demographics, scheduling, clinical, and financial) for one or more facilities while having view only access for other facilities. In this session, you will learn how facility security can be configured to limit access by facility.

Effective Revenue Cycle Management
Revenue cycle management (RCM) is the engine that drives a healthcare organization's financial stability and operational efficiency. RCM starts at Intake and follows through Authorization, Scheduling, Billing, and Collections. This session delves into how CareVoyant can help you integrate revenue cycle management into your everyday operations. We will review intake validations, eligibility verification, claims scrubber, and reports – all built to help you improve your cash flow and bottom line. Enhancements to claims processing, replacement claims, ERA, and reports will also be covered.

Attend this session to explore how you can simplify your intake document collection process and enhance intake efficiency. We will review Integrated Electronic Signature Forms. These forms allow you to easily create, organize, and complete HIPAA-Compliant Patient Intake Forms at the point of care. We will also discuss the timeline for electronic documents being available in the Family Portal and delivery through a third-party provider like Docusign.

You’re invited to this roundtable to discuss how CareVoyant Intake functions in the Web can enhance your referral management and intake process. In this session, we will review how configurable validations will detect missing key information to help you send out clean claims and improve your reimbursement time. We will also cover intake workflow tasks, eligibility verification, and integrated eFax.

Join this session to discover the latest enhancements to CV Mobile and EVV, including EVV in the Web and CV Docs in mobile. We will also review Patient Save Location, Real Time Schedule Monitor, Offline performance improvements, and a new EVV Compliance Report. This session will help you understand how CareVoyant Integrated EVV and CV Mobile work in tandem to help you meet your compliance metrics.
